Slip

It takes focus and attention and an ability to improvise to avoid slipping into disequilibrium in life. The same goes for Peter Bingham's dance for four women challenged by a labyrinth of checks and balances, freedoms and restrictions. Years of training in the art of attention to the moment will be put to the test in this dance for Delia Brett, Anne Cooper, Ali Robson and Monica Strelke. One moment of distraction or loss of focus could result in a disastrous slip in this dance where the speed of the dancers' reactions to Peter's choreography determines whether they land on their feet or fall from a state of grace.
